WTF at some of this madness I'm hearing.
I WISH a stylist would tell me some off the wall type stuff like "Hair weighs down and snaps itself off?"
...I'd be like, well, "sometimes my wallet gets heavy and the money JUST doesn't come out..."

No but a stylist tried to blame the chemical damage on me. And say that I have been stressing and thats why my hair is breaking off
she had some nerve. She was not understanding me and she wanted to give me a free deep conditioning treatment. I never went back to her again. Then thats when I BC and found LHCF and now my hair is inch from BSL. That was two years ago.
@ the breakage, I'm so sorry sweetie, that's a darned shame. At least you got it off your chest and told her how you felt. It'll grow back eventually, but like you said, it will take awhile.
OMG loca, it looks like exactly like the curve of a sink, i.e., you know how when you lay back, I AM SURE she did not wash you out properly. She ought to be ashamed of herself! So sorry this happened to you.
Sidenote: I think napes tend to get broken out the most because of the way the head lies in the bowl. When I went to the salon, the bottom half of my head would always slip down and out of the bowl; I had to keep sliding up so they wouldn't miss my neck. I also requested they pay extra attention to my nape just to make sure it wasn't neglected.
