I ordered one a couple of weeks ago. I got it last week sometime...I had no problems...I hope you get yours!
My issue is more of a follow up to a purchase customer service issue, I requested certain clips and never recived them, and one of the ponytails I recieved was not of the quality I/they expected and they agreed to replace it. It's been going on for months.
Several weeks ago someone responded and said that the owner was out of the country and would respond to me the minute she go back she was supposed to be back 3 weeks ago.
In the last 3 weeks I've sent 5 very nice e-mails asking for an update and no a peep, no reponse, not even a "we are looking into it" . Just silence.
This is unusual for this company. Usually they are reponsive. So I was wondering if they'd gone out of business. I hope not they have a nice product.
No, I haven't ordered one from her in awhile. She was supposed to be sending me some barrettes that she didn't put in with my last order and a prototype ponytail for me to try and give her reviews about, but I haven't gotten them as of yet... that was about a month ago I think. I haven't email her about them because I wasn't pressed about getting them... 5 emails and you haven't gotten a response? Wow...erplexed There's a telephone number on her website, try to give her a call. I wish you luck in getting this resolved soon.That's really strange, she's usually so good when it comes to customer service. I agree with DSylla, try pm'ing her. Also try pm'ing HAIRapy, I think she stays in contact with Michelle. Maybe she knows what's going on
