Has Anyone ordered a UPA Clip Lately?

If you have ordered one did you receive it? Have any of you e-mailed them and received a response? In the last 3 weeks I've sent about 5 e-mails to them and am wondering if they are still in business?
 
I ordered one a couple of weeks ago. I got it last week sometime...I had no problems...I hope you get yours!
 
That's really strange, she's usually so good when it comes to customer service. I agree with DSylla, try pm'ing her. Also try pm'ing HAIRapy, I think she stays in contact with Michelle. Maybe she knows what's going on :confused:

My issue is more of a follow up to a purchase customer service issue, I requested certain clips and never recived them, and one of the ponytails I recieved was not of the quality I/they expected and they agreed to replace it. It's been going on for months.

Several weeks ago someone responded and said that the owner was out of the country and would respond to me the minute she go back she was supposed to be back 3 weeks ago.

In the last 3 weeks I've sent 5 very nice e-mails asking for an update and no a peep, no reponse, not even a "we are looking into it" . Just silence.:nono:

This is unusual for this company. Usually they are reponsive. So I was wondering if they'd gone out of business. I hope not they have a nice product.

ohh wow...i heard they were excellent with customer service...I, too, hope they haven't gone out of business. Keep us updated, well me at least. I was planning on ordering a couple more...Good luck!

No, I haven't ordered one from her in awhile. She was supposed to be sending me some barrettes that she didn't put in with my last order and a prototype ponytail for me to try and give her reviews about, but I haven't gotten them as of yet... that was about a month ago I think. I haven't email her about them because I wasn't pressed about getting them... 5 emails and you haven't gotten a response? Wow...:perplexed There's a telephone number on her website, try to give her a call. I wish you luck in getting this resolved soon.

Yes the UPA Clip is still very much in business. While away my staff was totally overwhelmed and was not as ready to handle the business as I thought they could. It is kind of weird the way that it happens but out of nowhere, business just grew like crazy. I am now playing catch up and hiring and training like crazy.

I am concerned that some of my email may have been deleted by my staff because I have a couple of people who forwarded email to me that was no longer in my inbox. So please, if you have a problem please email me directly at [email protected] and I will take care of you personally and immediately.

I cannot tell who you are from your screen names here so please email me. I do not have time to come here often anymore and appreciate the email that I received advising me of this posting.

Okay Michelle, I have emailed you 2x and called 3x and you are not responsive. I ordered on January 16, 2011 and have not received any information on the status of my order. What is going on...
 
Received my UPA clip and, I am very, very happy. My phony ponytail is an exact match to my natural air dryed hair. I will rock it for at least 2 months straight as a protective style.

Here is a picture of my UPA clip that I tailored to meet my needs.
