Hair Steamer Mistake!!!

I was using distilled water in my hair steamer instead of just plain cold water and it would not stay on. I called Edmond at BeautyBeauty Usa and he told me not to use distilled water but plain water. He told me to try it and if it still keeps shutting off he would get me a new one. When I came home I tried the plain water and what do you know it works perfectly. Most appliances you have to use distilled water so I just thought I knew more than the manufacturer.

Not sure I would have thought to use distilled water, but this is good to know. Thanks for the info! :)

Wow, didn't know that but thanks for the tip! I'm glad it worked out for you! Even more impressed with BeautyBeautyUSA's service!!

I am impressed to LaNecia. I am so glad you and CCD posted about them. Edmond was very nice and helpful when I called him complaining. I know I am going to break down and get the large one with the stand. Because my hair has really benefited. I just know not to use distilled water.
