I read your concern about weight gain due to collagen. Would you mind sharing what collagen you're taking? I didn't see it in the 2019 Vitamin Challenge thread. I'm working to hard to lose weight only to have my efforts undermined by a (purported) healthy supplement

@Lita - I had been taking the Sports Research Collagen Peptides and I suspect that my weight gain was also attributed to the Collagen. Some time ago I recall reading you were taking Marine Collagen so I did a search and found your posts where you were taking Nature's Life. I'm switching to Marine Collagen but can't add another pill to my regimen but I didn't see a powder version for Nature's life.
I'm going to try Amandean on Amazon.

I took these last year. They work great.

I was taking liquid Nzuri Hair Vitamin on a monthly subscription from Ammmazon, but the Seller was OOS for several months and they cancel the subscription.

But I still had some of the NeoCell Keratin and I also have 900 mg of Bamboo and some Phytophanere left that will get me through the end of the year.

I may also have a box of Viviscal somewhere
