Hair Regimen Found (Reformed PJ)

I have done so much to my hair in the last 2 months its ridiculous. I have tried every product/appliance on the market. And...my hair finally rebelled. I saw shedded hairs after I flat ironed my hair straight. This has NEVER happened before since I have gone natural. And, its really unfortunate because I have Beauty for Ashes shampoo/conditioner and moisturizer on the way.

But, I will be using Aubrey organic Island Natural Shampoo and Conditioner and Olive Oil PAK for DC for 30 minutes with a plastic cap on. I will not sit under anyone's dryer or steam machine for a DC. I will not prepoo. I will not put any protein in my hair. I will not dust or clip. Nor will I ever, ever use another flat iron. The good old fashion hot comb does wonders for my hair. And, so does the "pressing oil" that goes with it.

Here are some of the things I have tried that have not had any effect.
Emu Oil
Almond Oil
Tea Tree Oil
Apricot Oil
Shikakai Oil
Neem Oil ( stinks so bad)
Every Oil known to man
Hair Vitamins mineral and oil capsules
CHI
FHI
Maxliglide
FHI again
and then FHI again
Kerastese Oleo Relax
Aveda Scalp Shampoo
Proclaim Olive Oil
Head and Shoulders
Mizani
Pantene
Mayonnaise (Helmans)
Eggs
Any food product or substance
This list could go on all day. But I digress, because the only thing that ever works on my hair is the above regimen. I am temped to through B4Ashes in the trash the moment it gets here. Why even bother. Now that I have see shed hair on the floor I am ready to box.

I'm going through this right now. I did an inventory check and I own dozens of products that I could care less about.

I returned some and sold some. I am giving some away and using up the rest so that I can simplify my regimen. I realized I was a PJ after I bought the steamer I didn't really need. I barely DC, so....yeah.....

Ok yeah I so feel ya. I was just buying away until, I saw some broken hairs on the floor. I have always loved beauty products. But, when my stylist chopped off some of my hair two months ago I went ballisitic, I really did get an inch away from clinically insane.
