Hair Question

I would like to know if there is anyone out there who has never had long hair, grow their hair long. What was your regimine? What can I do to speed up growth?

Cathy Howse said that she never had longer lengths of hair until she developed her system...but I would like to know if anyone else have achieved that goal too..so please if anyone have grew their hair out pretty long and has never had long hair before let me know "your" system.

I think Adrienne is one...I remember her saying her hair had remained the same length (around shoulders) for like, 20 years, and now she is nearly at waist...
