Hair Moisturiser I can use with heat?

I mosly avoid touching up my hair but this week and in coming weeks it's not an option for example

Friday: Wash hair and straighten
Saturday: Summer Ball - Curl Hair
Monday: Leavers Meal - Curl Hair


Yes I know its bad but this one week I have let my self off and have used heat on my hair quite a bit. The problem is I need to moisturise my hair but I don't like using moisturisers which I cant use with heat because it leads to bubble hair. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Have your hair well moisturizer before you straighten. I sometimes will moisturize after straightening and let the hair dry and then restraighten.

Do you have to use heat on Monday. Can you leave your hair in curlers?
