hair growth at different rates

I've had this sew in for just over 3 weeks now.....Thursday will be week 4.

I feel about 1/2" of growth at the back and a little over that in the middle of my head but the front seems to be growing much slower....seem like just about 1/4"

pretty much it does....I can see when I have braids....but now it seems like the front is not growing as normal

Okay, I can see why you may be concerned. My hair grows at so many different rates it is not funny. From a little more than 1/4 inch to a little more than 1/2 inch per month, I'm used to it. The slower growth areas are just now picking up a bit though. Maybe the front area does not like being covered by the weave, maybe it's not getting the air it needs? IDK. But you know it's just been three weeks, I wouldn't panic, give it a few more weeks, it may catch up.

My hair grows like this. I had micros since mid December (just took them down last weekend), I had 1.5 inches of growth in the back and 1 inch in the front. I don't get it but such is life.

I have different growth rates with my crown area being the slowest.
