Hair Dye/Bleach Fashionistas I've got a ?, please!

Anybody here into bleaching, lightening hair? I am trying to find someone who can take a peak at my hair and tell me if I:

a) Continue bleaching for more lightness so I can

b) Add silver/gray toner


OR;

Do I go ahead and add toner.
