I have been using henna and some amla oil and my hair has really gotten thicker. The problem is I just got my hair braided in small braids and don't want to damage my hair taking out these small braids. Anyone have any suggestions on the least damaging way to remove the braids!!!
Would steaming make it easier to remove the braids? Any help would be appreciated

You could use a really emollient conditioner to saturate the hair and remove the braids. Try a conditioner with lots of slip like Aussie moist. It's cheap and effective.
