hair and cold/cool weather

The weather is getting cooler and dryer down here in Florida. This time last year, I was wearing wigs all the time so I have no clue what I need to do to take care of my hair during the winter with all this dry cool air. Suggestions anyone? Or is it the same as the summer?

During the cool weather, you should braid your hair, use hats, do twist or any other protective styles because the winter is when the hair is very fragile because of the tewperature being so cold it can snap your hair.

Make sure to keep it moisturized and you should be ok. You could also do more protective styles.

I think protective styles are VERY good for the cold/cool weather. And remember the moisture.

This will be my first winter caring for my hair and as you all probably know Canada gets cold( I beleive it is the 2nd coldest country in the world).I really hope my hair turns out ok.
