I’ve been using the biggest size of the plain Goody clips suggested by Kimmaytube. They’re nice but too small. Same for banana clips. Any suggestions for replacements? My hair is shoulder-length & pretty thick. I have yet to meet a banana clip my hair can’t break.
@LavenderMint I've got a couple of medium puff cuffs. They are good and handy when I have braids or twists but I do love the hold of a banana clip. I buy short wide ones "for thick hair" but they always break...until recently. I stumbled upon Tegen website. Their clips looked like quality items. I bought a few medium banana clips and a few others for when my hair is straight.
I am very impressed with the banana clips. So far they have stood up to the test and show no signs of wear and tear. I style my hair from a wet wash and go and the gel and moisture can affect the plastic and metal of previous clips. These are well made and strong. All the teeth are still attached and straight. The best banana clips I have ever bought.
