Growth spurt during Vitamin break

Does anyone notice this. When you can have a few days off and the hair seems to spring out of nowhere. Has anyone else noticed this or any gurus know whay this happens???

Don't know LD. But I sure as heck hope so. Incidentally, I'm taking a vitamin break right now. Mine is more like a two week break and I was just relaxed about two weeks ago. So we shall see. f I notice anything, Ill let ya know. are you experiencing a growth spurt right now?

No not me, my boyfriend's sister, but I've noticed it happen to me before

I did, but it was a forced break cuz I ran out of vitamins, then I realized a growth spurt within a few days.

That is so strange, it has happened to me, but I guess I didn't notice the cause/effect. I just thought well braids are probably getting old. But I guess it's like exercise. Your body gets used to status quo and stays. Then when you alter the routine it's like jump starting. If this is the truth think of what we could save by doing this and stretching our vitamins.

I have growth spurts during vitamin breaks too. I really don't know the reason why this happens

My hair grows so much taking the vitamins once or twice a week that I assumed that it was overkill when I was taking them everyday.

I will be watching for this growth spurt. I am having surgery in 2 weeks, and I can't take my supplements for the next 3weeks. So i will report back on this interim growth spurt that you ladies are seeing.
