Thanks!! I am natural and have a very simple regimen:

I co wash every 2nd or 3rd day. I rinse 95% of the conditioner out, squeeze most of the water out and add in 2 quarter sized squirts of grapeseed oil or rice bran oil and add in some eco styler gel for frizz management.

Once every 2- 4 weeks I'll do an Indian powder - Henna, Amla, Brahmi etc. and I also like to do Bentonite masks for my hair also.

I put my hair in a high loose ponytail at night and sleep on a satin pillowcase.

No vitamins but I eat a lot of veggies and drink enough water.

Thanks!! I don't measure my hair often but if I had to guess I'd say I get about 3/4" per month on the average, more in the warm weather, less in the cold.
