After reading about the l-cysteine, the carrots, and a host of other supplements, I found this supplement that seems to cover all bases. I am still taking biotin, MSM,EPO, silica and a multivitamin but once these run out, I will try these. Hopefully, I can simplify my vitamin regime--at least I can cut out the multi. The percentage of VIT A seems, high and I know that VIT A can be toxic if it is over a certain percentage that is pretty low(like 150 or 200 %).. Great Hair Vits
