Zinc can cause nausea and can make you constipated or give you the poops so you'll have to see what you can handle I guess.
But apparently you can take quite a bit and its nontoxic so I guess all I have to say is go for the gusto![]()
I have issues with too much C though many have taken take several grams of C daily and get nothing more than occasional tummy ache or diareah.
On the C start about 1500mgs and see how your tummy likes it but normal people can take up about 5 grams without any tummy issues. I top out at 2 grams and will only do that when I absolutely have to.
Together it shouldn't be a problem though if you take chewable C make sure you rinse your mouth (maybe its just me but chewable c can sometimes cause mouth sores)
