Good products to use for braided hair

Does anyone who wears braids or has worn braids have any recommendations on whats some good products to use while having them?
I plan on getting my hair braided back but need some advice on some good moisturizers to use or the best way to take care of the braids to make them last a little longer. All advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I love to use African Pride Braid Sheen Spray with tea tree oil and peppermint oil. My braids strayed moisturized.

i hear alot about peppermint oil so I might have to try that. thanx

Even if you're not doing C&G I still think she's on the right track w/ her product recommendations.

I sprayed my scalp with ors olive oil sheen and the braids where my hair was with a braid spray by grandma's recipe.
