I haven't used them before, this is my first time hearing about them. However, I ordered some stuff from beautyofnewyork.com yesterday and my stuff shipped out the same day. So, that was fast turnaround and the prices were pretty reasonable (cheap if I may say so). ~HTH~

Sorry. I've only ordered relaxer. But the turn around time was pretty quick if I can remember correctly.

When I read their refund policy, it said any returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. They won't honor any refunds past 10 days. However, I ordered mostly dominican products so I don't think I'll be returning any of mine, since they are pretty good anyways.
