I don't think its real. The color release was in like minutes and it took 3 days to wash out. It also didn't really darken.. ..I'm just glad i have my hair. The smell was also extremely strong. Idk i just got a bad vibe

I personally don't think ALL Henna is created Equal. I've read some posts where folks have said their Henna has been: Gritty, Had Dirt & Sticks in it etc....

So, be careful.

I only buy the one for African American & Chemically Treated Hair from Mehandi.com It is very, very finely sifted and rinses out nice & clean. Have never had a problem at all with it. Period.

What did you mix it with and what did you rinse it out with?

I mixed it with water and rinsed with vo5. It scared me enough to go back to the tried and true jamila. I only brought it because it was convent at the time.it was very gritty, full of sticks etc

Just water, and then I rinsed it out with VO5. I only brought it because it was convent at the time, but the grit and sticks made me go back to jamila tried and true
