For that day only and I already am about to freak out :( We are going next Saturday and I am already trying to figure out what to do with my transitioning hair. I may just go in Friday afternoon to the Dominicans for a wash and set but they always say "ay mami u need relaxer" I think I may relapse and go for it :badgirl:

Okay end rant..

Do like a braidout and pin it up or something, no need to relax. I haven't gone to Six Flags this summer, but if I did I'd prob still wear my HW. Just use like 20 bobby pins to secure that bad boy.

i've gone with a wig and let's just say it wasn't too much fun making sure it wouldn't fly off somewhere!!!lol but i managed!! never again though

thats what i was thinking with the bobby pins

but the braid out sounds good

i go to six flags 4 times a year. I protect my hair from the sun and wind, and sometimes water rides (oh and tons of sunscreen for myself). So I wear and head scarf (Babushka I buy from Etsy.com) and a bun cover (Snood from dance shops and etsy.com) in the back. I saturate my hair with conditioner and creams for the entire day. When i get home my body is swore anyway so I soak my body and hair in a warm bath. Then I co-wash, deep condition, and style (twist or bun) as usual for the night.

Have fun! Drink plenty of water.

I went to Six Flags twice this year and what I did was wet or wash my hair, applied a moisturizing condish, left it in, pinned it up and kept it moving...

I'd pin it up so you don't have to worry about what will happen on water rides...I was just at six flags last week and on the rapids ride half of me got wet, so my fro was like all droopy on one side...

I am with makeupvixen. Find you a cute hat or head covering and keep it moving. Have a great time.
