Today is the first time in two months since I went to my stylist. She is Dominican.. Unlike the others she does what you ask her. I told my SO I wanted to get a dominican blow out to see my progress since Im stretching my perms. I had my bag of goodies in hand. My LR, Coconut oil, Castor oil and amla oil. She asked me the if Im getting the regular I said yes. ( I alway DC) today with Garlic con. she put the oils in it put me under the dryer for 40 minutes. I then noticed she was walking funny. I asked her if she was ok she then asked me if Im going to the store to get her some Icy hot. I went got it for her. By the time I finished my DC her back got worst and the idiot receptionist kept sending her the Natural APL people including the guy and little girl who had a lot of shrinkage which was 5 inches when blown out was apl lenght. when she was ready to work on me I told her to forget the blow out. She roller set & put me under the dryer at low heat. put LR in my scalp and wrapped. My hair came out beautiful and Soft. Her back ache made me stick to my new no heat rule have been sticking to for 2 months now. things have a funny way of working out. I loooove my stylist. She was the one who originally started me on the low heat thing. When I used to ask her for the hottest dryer (NYC girls know what I mean) she said NO and dragged my *** to the lowest heat one. Now Im thanking her.

That was really nice of you. I probably would have felt sorry for her hurt back, but still let her blow my hair out. :spank:

I'm glad it turned out for great for you.:)

I know back aches. It's no joke. It's like you feel it in everything you do. I hope that she take some time off for her back or it will never get better.

I hope so too. She is so good. She is one of the few Stylists I know who is not scissor and heat happy. I watched her show her customers the amount of hair she trims off. She prefers dusting. A lot of her clients are APL or more
