My goal for November is to not touch my hair!!!! My hair is in braids but since it's growing in so beautifully, I can't help but take a braid down to feel how soft it is and see how it's doing!!! This is madness. I can't do this anymore. It defeats the whole purpose of having braids!!!!
2. Be consistent with my vitamins and protein, I really do notice a difference when I take them every day.
3. And of course drink more water.
The first goal will be the hardest for me though

1. Drink more than my current 48 oz a day
2. Take my vitamins more consistantly
3. Add another form of exercise besides dance
4. Stay Focused

1. Drink more water
2. Excerise consistently
3. Experiment more with wash and go hairstyles
4. Retain an inch of healthy hair

1. Drink more water
2. Start exercizing
3. Surge challenge!
4. Find a good deep conditioner; otherwise, no new products

o Hair massages
o Increased water intake
o Daily cw
o Exercise more
o B more consistent with my vitamins

Keep doing what I've been doing because it seems to be working. Excercise steadily 3-4x a week instead of 1-2.

1. reduce my stress levels ... I think my hair will love that!!!

drink more water
restart with my vitamins
no more products
strictly protective styles no heat at all
keep my hands out of my hair
find ways to reduce the stress ive been dealing with for the last four months

1. Consistency w/ Surge challenge
2. Consistency w/ moisturizing
3. Wear satin-lined hats if hats become necessary
