I got the rehydrating mist. So far I will say it's very good for detangling. I have my hair in braids and this morning I rebraided a section and I sprayed the rehydrating mist before attempting to detangle and it make it very easy. I was impressed. I also sprayed it on my braids and my hair is pretty nice right now.
I can tell you can spray it onto relaxed hair and wear it down with no issues...no sticky hair (like when you spray scurl).

I should add I'm not sure if it's SUPER moisturizing though...detangles like a charm but moisturizing...you may need something more. I'm adding emu oil.

I've been using the Mega-Tek as a leave-in for a couple of weeks now and it has cut the amount of hair that I usually lose to almost none. It is a bit drying to my hair but I'm going to start back deep conditioning and that should take care of it. Does anyone use it and then rinse it out with good results?

Still Using it. I do so more when I have shedding and unexplained breakage.

I think it will definitely help your hair, but as with any other protein, even my beloved Mega-Tek will turn on you if you use it too much. I found this out recently. =( So I scaled it back to using as a prepoo overnight on dry hair, once every fourth day, this has worked wonderfully to stall the breakage without over drying/proteining (sp) my hair.

Next Friday, I'm retouching after a 12 week stretch.

When I read the HAIR GURU'S (Sistaslick )Thread about if its stretches
too much you need protein and so on, from that I realised i needed more moisture.

After Friday's wash, I noticed that when I pulled a strand it would stretch so much and then break, now I know I have been overdoing it with moisture and not enough protein.

Mind you I did do a Motions silk protein on Friday but erplexed it still needs more.

My hair was doing just the opposite, TOO MUCH PROTEIN! I hope it works for you! I love this stuff, speaking of which, it's almost time to buy another gallon (it's lasted about a year)

GMTA...I've been wondering this for a long time too but always forgot to ask. I think it is...

About the MegaTek, I don't use it as a leave in anymore..too much build up. I use it as a prepoo.

ok, so which one is better MTG or MEGA-TEK

Two completely different products!! Mega-Tek is a coat/hair CONDITIONER where as the MTG is like an Anti-fungal (sulfur based) treatment. Both are touted to increase hair growth but NOT the same in application.

Had I to choose, and I use them both, I'd stick with the Mega-Tek for conditioning. If I were looking for growth enhancement, I'd use the MTG. Can you use them both together, been there and done that too! There was no super acceleration in hair growth doing that either, some increase but combining them didn't yield any more than using them separately.
