GNC\'S MSM?

Do you know if these come in pill form, like Ultra Nourishair, or are they in capsule form? I want to put my GNC discount card to use however if GNC's MSM comes in big pills, I won't be taking them. Thanks.

Oh thank you, thank you, thank you, ladylibra, I was hoping to get that answer! I'm down to the last of my Spring Valley MSM and they were a joy to take but it's all I can do to get those Nourishairs down!

I like GNC MSM. Its pretty potent. Make sure you drink plenty of water so your face doesnt breakout. When I first started using GNC MSM, I did not drink enough water and I had a HUGE UGLY zit-like bump on my face. It was horrible. I would not wish that thing on my worse enemy, and it took like FOREVA and a month of Sundays for it to disappear.
