ready to Start Over. My hair is a mess. And I am ready to shop online for vitamins and products to help me get back to where I was at. I believe that factors and vitamins can help hair growth, because I have experiance it myself. Now GNC has discontiued my liquid MSM and I have not found one that works as good as that one. But I would like to start shoping and starting over.

PP biotin and Freeda I have never tried but I would try both.

Still Natural 4a/b I really dont have much styles I use to wear a bun all the time now its just a mess. I just want to start back taking vitamins and on my way to healthy hair. any help

I stop the biotin thing when hubby commented on how my mustache was becoming obvious LOL! That biotin makes ALL hair grow!

PP has Geltian(sp) and I cant take that. That maybe why it helps with the growth
