Best quality brand hair vitamins?

Okay so I have been taking vitamins consistently for about a year or more. I don't want to waste my money on vitamins that don't work anymore. I am currently taking Ultranourish hair, Vitamin shoppe biotin, and Nature's Plus Super b-50. I have read all the great information on Freeda vitamins and plan to purchase their biotin and b-50, but I would also like to know what brand has a great b-5 vitamin and what other brands are high quality for my future purchases, so that I can get results from my vitamin intake? I appreciate your help and the information. Thanks a lot!

I like Nature Made. I take their multivitamin for women and the Fish oil Supplement.

I just started about 3 weeks Futurbiotics Hair Nails and Skin (GNC) - the jury is still out - but will keep you posted. The one thing I noticed immediate results on - my nails, have become increasingly stronger, white tips and growing like crazy.
