Regimen:
Pre-poo with alma oil, dove intense moisture con, or oilive oil
Shampoo: Aveda damage remedy ( I shampoo every 7 days)
-or -
Indian powders for shampoo: Alma, Hibiscus, Brahmi paste
Co-wash: Aussie moist, Dove intense moisture, or NTM con (every other day)
Deep conditon: Silicon mix or NTM con
Moisturize with ORS olive oil moisturizer (dry hair) Kids organic shea butter moisturizer (wet hair)
Seal with Jojoba oil or castor oil

Simple really worked for me!

**For the past 3 months I cowashed, moisturized and seal because it is hot in ATL and I can hardly breathe under that hot dryer lol
