Fresh Braids

Does anyone have tips on keeping braids fresh? I can barely go for two weeks and my hair gets stinky. Certain greases i've noticed may cause this. Any and all tips appreciated
Wash and co wash as often as you like. I had twist for a few months and I just took them out. i washed and co washed weekely with great results. please make sure to use a good braid spray and few drops of rosemary EO does help a lot.

Cosigining. Increase the frequency of cowashing. If the build up is terrible you may try clarifying 1st. I can't say enough about moisturizing. If your grease the culprit you may revaluate your product..do you really need grease?
