Hey updates bein put in my fotki as we speak...heres the exclusives b4 i upload em (which wont be for yet cos i gotta go food shoppin etc etc): my very tips are at midback..so at my next retouch i expect to be full mid- just past.

ive totally changed my regime as of about June 2006.. i dont really wash it anymore...like every 1 - 2weeks...still on the keracare tip. only big different is using coconut oil mixed with almond on my hair everyday....breakage is nil and splits r near enough nil too :):D i've totally cleared my inbox too, so you guys can get your messages to me if u have any q's or what not! love yaz x

I'm in love with your bun, and your hair looks really good...CONGRATS!!!

Girl, that bun looks like another person attached to your head! It's stunning. Your hair growth is amazing, congrats to you on your level of MBL. I can hardly wait until December to see my recent progress (end of 6 month stretch).

GROW GIRL GROW!!! :)

Great progress and def lovin that bun. From seeing your pics it inspired me back on the vit & MSM route again, because seeing your progress coming from the same country with cold climate and hard water its easier to be inspired than say someone from LA, ATL or Miami because those things really do make a difference and have an impact on our hair potential.

You've reminded me I need to get another pair of gold earrings. The gold earrings and bun, must be a UK black girl thing :lachen:
