Hotchocolate,
I just started walking atleast a mile a day, cutting back on my sweets and red meats. Later on I started going to the gym doing 2 miles a day, stairmaster, and weights on my lower body. I look chunky in those pics...makes me want to start back dieting.
I wish i had your salon skills b/c those flexirod curls r absolutely GORGEOUS. I loved your old color too and your hair didn't look thin 2 me at all. Keep up the good work. I'm gonna call you Salon T from now on
Thanks ladies. I ahve to thank Caramela and pmichael72 for the information on how to do the flexirods. I can't take all of the credit for those.
CarmelHonnee my hair did not look really thin with a glance but if u look closer at the pic you coudl see my ear thru my hair. It was very thin. The color and it being underprocessed made it not look so bad. I am gonna post pics of my current length ( a little past ears) in weeks coming so you guys can see how Surge is working for me. With all the damaged colored ends gone I have a nice thick mop (and it is atrosious because I am 10 weeks into my relaxer and I am trying to not relax anymore. Thanks agian for all the comments!

Salon T-- that's cute!
When you say it together fast, it actually sounds like a name!
You've got those flexirods down!. I'd like the information as well on the flexirods, and I'd like to know what products you used in you hair when you did you strawset? It's sooo shiny!!! Let me back up a little bit...what kind of rods did you use for the strawset? Very skinny flexirods? I'm kinda lost here
Your album is gorgeous and so are you. Keep me posted on the surge. I want to use flexirod also. Do you twist from top to bottom for a spriral effect or roll it on like a roller set? Thanks for any and all information.
Thanks ladies.
As for the flexirods, back when I had hair, I used the blue rods and I rolled like a spiral. If you would like the instructional picture that i used PM me your email address and I will forward you the email. I also want to clarify that the pics with my hair longer was before the short pics. I only have 1 pic of my hair since my cut pics and it is the wet pic in my December album. It is growing nicely but I have a ways to go. Adrienne can u please pm me the adress to your board?????please I ahve been surfing trying to find my way back there but have not been succesful as of yet. Thanks everyone again!
Oh yeah Sweet pea, I used Paul Mitchell sculpting foam and olive oil for my Flexirods. I use olive oil or jajoba everytime I do my hair to keep it shiny. I don't use the Paul Mitchell unless I want crispy hair.
