I think that I am more or less (I don't measure but my stylist told me that my hair grew like 3.5 to 4 inches after my last retouch

I know that the Bargello vitamin regimen has helped me. Before, my hair grew quickly but I think that I was only getting like 1/2 inch a month. I never missed a day

taking my vitamins.

I get one inch a month. I only take a mulit and 4 mg biotin (which I haven't been taking lately), but I'm starting back soon for all over health. I've noticed that my hair grows the same without vitamins. Anyway, I wash my hair once a week with CON shampoo and deep condition with either lekair cholestrol or natures therepy mega moisture nuturing cream. I mix the deep conditioners with clairols herbal essences intensive blends conditoner for dry hair. Works very well. I don't use grease/oils on my scalp. I just massage nightly to release the natural oils. My scalp is pretty oily on its own. I do use oils on the hair strand though. I like to use olive oil sometimes. But my hair is real, real, thick so I have to use shea butter/mango butter most of the time.
