I took it for about 2 weeks when I noticed my new growth was wavier (less tightly curled, that is) than normal. At the time, I took DistilPure MSM crystals, 2000 mg/day. I now take NOW Brand MSM powder, 3600 mg/day.

I take mine every morning, in a glass of lemon water sweetened with a bit of stevia.

Yes about two weeks, I just noticed massive growth and stronger and quicker growing nails. They do not break anymore. I am pleased. I take about 6,000mg in a glass of vitamin C every morning with other vits. I use Solgar powder.

Oooh that quick huh?! Wow! I don't know what brand of powder I bought, but I'm going to take my first dose tonight and use it in the a.m. from then on.

Not for me. It wasn't until about 2 months in did I notice. And that was after changing brands.

I took a few brands for months (all OptiMSM) and did not really notice anything. It was not until I switched to the MSM Crystals that I noticed softer NG and glowing skin. After I started that I noticed significantly after a month and the results continue. I have been using it faithfully for about 6 months now.

I take it in the a.m.

I used to do it before bed, but I started having odd dreams. They were very vivid and real. It was too much for me. Taking it in the morning has worked out better.
