Hey all. I've been lurking on this board for a while and this is my first post. I think this board and all of you ladies are awesome! I have a few questions for those who use MSM topically. What do you mix it with and how much MSM do you use? Have you seen good results with it? Do you notice a difference between using MSM topically vs. flowers of sulphur? TIA!
