Do you find you're hair sheds less?

For the first time ever i will be 17 weeks post on Nov 1st, and also for the first time in a while, i can run my hand through my hair and not have hair fall out.

Is this one of the amazing advantages for stretching??

I wore a glue in or just kept my hair wrapped. now im wigging it so i can see how far i can go.

What @shortdub78 and @divachyk said.:yep:

I cancelled stretching in 2012. For me (and my hair) unfortunately it was starting to be counter-productive.

I relax now either every 8-10-12 weeks.

My schedule exactly @IDareT'sHair
ETA: The growth between 8-10-12 weeks doesn't vary that much so most often I TU at 8 weeks.

After a henna treatment my hair is strong and there is hardly any breakage.
I feel as though I could stretch forever... except I can't get my fingers in my hair! lol My roots are so dense!!
