For anyone who blow dries their hair.... ceramic or not?

For those that blow dry their hair, do you use a ceramic blow dryer or a regular blow dryer?

I've been airdrying my hair for the past few weeks but I think I'd like to go back to blow drying once a while, but this time using the cool setting(I always used to use the hottest setting). If using the cool setting does it matter whether it's ceramic or not?

Ceramic. Ceramic dries the hair faster with less heat than a non-ceramic dryer, and it leaves it softer too.

A ceramic blow dryer produces ions but there are other ways, besides ceramic, to produce ions. So a dryer can be "ionic" without being ceramic.

The end result may be the same.

I have a Conair. I think it does a good job, it's my first ceramic/ionic dryer so I really wouldn't know. I just know I don't have any complaints.
