I'm so excited about my progress that I decided to drop out of the Hide Your Hair challenge and reveal a month early. I'm not sure what length this is but it's longer than where I started. LOL. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies of LHCF, I've learned so much from you. Yes we can!!!!

Wow. Great progress. What was your regimen?

I'm using a K.I.S.S. (keep it simple sister) regimen because the ayurvedic stuff got to be to much for me (I got lazy).

Every Sunday
1) Shampoo - alternate between Mane-N- Tail,Creame of Nature and Redken All Soft - for now
2) Condition - alternate between Mane-N- Tail, Creame of Nature and Redken All Soft - for now
3) Deep Condition with heat, – at least 30 minutes: ORS Mayo, ORS Replenishing Conditioner, Pantene Relaxed and Natural Mask or Motions Moisture Plus, mixed with Roux Porosity Control.
4) When I need protien I use Aphogee reconstructor or an egg.
4) Moisturize - 1x to 2x daily
5) Seal ends with Vatika or coconut oil daily
6) Oil scalp 1x per week.
7) Tie hair up with satin scarf every night.
8) I take a hair vitamin.

9/15/08 - I incorporated Mega Tek into my regimen. I apply MT straight on my scalp 3x per week and I still wash once a week. I now deep contition with non protein conditioners. Right now, I alternate between Pantene R&N Mask and Motions Moisture Plus. I also stopped using Boundless Tresses as my scalp oil, I use whatever oil I have on hand - grapeseed for now.

I wear sew-ins, half wigs and the UPA clip for my styles for now.
