Hey, can anyone point me in the direction of a color chart or something? I have no idea what the Dark Hazelnut looks like.

I ordered the Urban Bob a couple of months ago, its still sitting on my wig head. It didn't have much of a shape to it and the hair still had a shiny look to it. I noticed they also carry a full wig but I'm not going to give them anymore of my money.

Not trying to talk you out of the dispute because I lightweight wish I would have pursued the matter with my Kinky Blow out wig, but I decided to work with it.
All the yt videos I've seen for the fingercomber wig made me believe that it really isn't a ready to wear unit unless you ride hard for that Buckwheat natural look.
If the dispute doesn't go your way, try taking the twists down, washing the unit and re-doing the twists smaller with a leave in conditioner and heavy hold gel. I've also seen it look much better with Bantu knot out.
You're absolutely right about one thing. All she's doing is twisting Marley hair and dipping it in hot water to produce these 'natural' wigs.
Is the wig hot?
I know this is an old thread. I've been eyeing some Fingercomber units. The reviews are skewed towards negative, but they look soooooo good on the Fingercomber web site and in the Youtube reviews.
Please provide any additional updates with your older units, or reviews on some of the newer units.
Okay, I'm a lie. After trying a gang of kinky curly wigs, I haven't found anything that could duplicate the angle bob unit so despite the headache I finally broke down and re-ordered that unit plus something called the Sof-Kinx. Last time I ordered in 2013 it took two months and a paypal dispute to get the two wigs. Let's see if things have gotten any better.Based on my experience with my units and the youtube videos I've seen, you will have to really work with these wigs to make them look like the pictures on the website and it is a crapshoot as far as the wigs being made consistently.
If these wigs were $20-$40, I would say the effort is worth it and would have reordered the angled bob but for $60+, $13 shipping and the headache of dealing with the vendor, nah. I haven't found any dupes for the fingercomber wigs but there are other natural hair styled wigs on wigtypes.com and Elevatestyles.com and Samsbeauty.com for a fraction of the price.
