I am going to use FiberGuard on my FINE all natural hair.

Why would you do that GN1G? Glad you ask, let's talk about it . .

According to http://www.avlon.com/science/fibre.html

PreservoTM Chemical Block

Helps hair retain tensile strength and elasticity.

Conditions, moisturizes and volumizes.

Decreases porosity.

Retards breakage and shedding.

Helps weak, brittle hair ends become more pliable.

Imparts a smooth, silky feel.

Helps retain hair length and fullness.

As Intensive Conditioning Treatment

Micro-molecular proteins and humectants penetrate deep within the hairshaft to repair fiber damage, moisturize and fortify.

Special polymers realign, seal and smooth the cuticle layer, which provides hair with a silky texture and incredible shine.

Helps hair resist breakage and shedding.

Minimizes surface porosity.

Adds fullness and body to hair.

Detangles hair easily and aids in wet and dry combing

I think it will do what Nexxus Emergency does for hair.

Anyone ever try this? What are your thoughts?

For clarification, are you relaxing your hair? Or, are you just using the mid step protein treatment? @gn1g

Not going to relax, just using the mid step protein.

The link isn't working for me so I don't know which tretment you're referring to. I do use the entire Fiberguard line including the relaxer to texlax my hair, and all I can say is that it's a great product for my hair. Works as described.

This sounds like what my fine natural hair needs. My strands need some strength.
