Yesterday about 2pm I washed my hair, next I used the African Best blue oil, then added the Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner and put on a plastic cap. Left those in my hair until about 8pm and let me tell you when I rinsed my hair with cool water using Ateyya terms, "my hair felt like butta"..

I mold my hair down with Kera Care Foaming wrap lotion and sat under the dryer.. When I combed my hair out it was soooo soft and that's just what I was aiming for :superbanana:.

Conditioning and oil together is the truth
