Following my recent addiction to this forum and my new status as a PJ, I just bought heaps of products in the last couple of weeks (and have to stick to my decision not to buy anything else for many many months)!

- Keracare Dry and itchy scalp shampoo
- Keracare intensive restorative masque
- Keracare cream headdress
- Keracare humecto in the tub (I got confused with the pounds because I am used to the metre system and when I got my package from the mail I had a little freakout – I had’nt realized I was ordering a BUCKET of conditioner lol!)
- ORS replenishing conditioner
- ORS oil leave-in moisturizer (wanted an alternative so i can drag the Keracare products a bit longer)
- Africa’s Best Organics hair mayo
- Motions regular lye relaxer and neutralizing shampoo (used the relaxer on 12 months new growth and it did absolutely nothing for me, this was an absolute waste of money in my opinion. And their shampoo isn’t even colour coded. Never buying it again). Have ordered some Vitale for my next relaxer.
- ORS oil sheen spray
- Vatika coconut oil
- Magnetic hair rollers (grey and black)

Ewwww the list is long - I am a little embarassed now looking at it. I went all out! (and I am now a lot poorer). But I didn’t have anything before that except a cheapie Pantene knock-off shampoo and conditioner. Now no more buying!

Looking at all your hair, it's obvious that knock-off shampoo and conditioner were working just fine for you. Don't be a PJ now just for the sake of it.


Hmmm I haven't bought anything this month yet. I think I'm going to buy myself some Laniks hair for my birthday next week. Will report back if I do.

Ha ha well i figured i would use all that conditionner eventually - given the quantity of it, it still works out cheaper than buying a new bottle every couple of months. And it smells soooo nice!
 
So I headed over to Komaza and got:

Shea Butter Hair Lotion
Jojoba Hemp Balm
Herbal Tea Rinse
Honey Comb Hair Rejuvenator

I love the Lotion and the Balm. I haven't used the other two yet. I will definitely be returning for more stuff! :yep:

I just purchased Hydratherma Growth Lotion...can't wait to start using this moisturizer after I take out my braids...I've heard rave reviews!
 
What did'nt I buy, Let's see here is my list

I really wanted to give another try ordering the hairveda line which is StiriNillah deep cond., Moist Cond. 24/7, Amala cream rinse, Amala shampoo with Shikakai, Whipped Green tea butter, Whipped shea aloe butter, AvoSoya Oil w/vit E, CoCasta Shikakai hair oil, Vatika frosting, Whipped Gelly, and the Whipped cream.

Bee Mine 2 Mango w/sulfur hair growth and got the third one free in Strawberry

From ebay the East African Shea butter Nilotica 8oz

From Ayurveda Vatika oils by dabur, Amla oil, shikakai oil by hesh, Hesh Neem powder, Hesh Ancient formulae castor herbal hair oil, and Emami Amla Plus herbal hair oil

From Curlmart.com mixed chicks lv-in cond. and blended beauty happy nappy style cream.

These will last me some time. Next month the only thing I want to get is the Steamer. I've heard so many great reviews about it. Not the expensive one but the Hair steamer sold by salonrus.com which only sells for 139.99 wonderful price!

I am a serious product junkie that must somehow curb my appetite. It is hard to do with everyone constantly raving about the latest product/products thats out or have been out and was keeping my eye on. But I decided I'd rather buy products for my hair now than clothes. Next month I will probably only purchase one or two items. I must pay on other things. But I must admit it did feel kinda good this month to splurge!!!!!

3. Karen's Body Beautiful Hair Growth Serum (gotta keep working on those edges)

4. Karen's Body Beautiful Deep Conditioner

I said "so far" earlier in the post because, while I was in the KBB, I fell in love with the hair oil. It is so light and it glides into the hair without creating a greasy effect. I'm definitely going to purchase it, which means "goodbye" to Lisa's Hair Elixir. Oh, well. I'll use the elixir to seal my ends until it's finished. I also have a sample of the hair milk that I'm going to use the next time I wash my hair. I may purchase that too, depending on the results I get from the sample.

Empressri, you've really started something now!!!:grin:

P.S.: All the wonderful reviews about the store are on point. The customer service is wonderful and the scents are heavenly.
