I use this since I ran out of my beloved CON(green label) I first tried the old formula which was great but I did not like the smell. I tried the new Olive oil formula and it works good but not as good as the old formula the smell has improved though. I use alot of Elasta QP products and love them all: h-two spray, DPR-11 cond, intense conditioner, stop action neutralizing poo, glaze.

I completely agree. The new formula smells better and still works well ... just not as well as the old formula. I found the new formula to be very thick, it doesn't lather as well or rinse out as easily as the old formula (at least with my natural 4b hair). It also seems to be more gentle. Almost too gentle. I'm not sure that my hair felt completely clean after using it, but I think all the oils in it are to blame. If you're a frequent poo-er, this is the way to go. As for me, I co-wash twice per week and only use shampoo once per month, so I like something slightly more cleansing. This will continue to be my staple shampoo for the time being. If my experience with it changes, I'll be sure to post an update.

I LOOOOOOVE eqp creme conditioning shampoo! It's the reason why I fudged on my no-poo plans about a yr ago. The only reason I don't use it anymore is because I'm in Germany and can't get my hands on it. I use HE HH shampoo instead.

I have 4a/b coils and this shampoo did wonderful things in my hair. It had slip! I had to talk myself out of using it before my all of my quickie co-washes. It's definitely a winner AND its inexpensive.

Just opened my last bottle of old CON GREEN, I guess I'll go out and see if I can find any CON before I pick up the Elasta QP.......

I like the olive cream conditioning shampoo. It is really thick though but got my hair and scalp clean. It didn't even feel like i was using shampoo and it lathered really good.

Someone gave me a bottle of the Olive Oil Shampoo and after 1 use, it is no where near as good as my beloved CON shampoo. I even like the new CON in the funky orange bottle better.

I'll give it another try before it gets donated.
