Does anyone jog with like a leave-in condtioner in their hair?

I tried it today while i was doing my jog and i put a plastic cap on (after i put ORS pack in) then my scarf then i put my hoodie on AND WENT JOGGING and boy did it feel good! I felt a tingling while i jogged/powerwalked for an hour i enjoyed it... anyone elese try this out?..
 
I work out with deep conditioner and a plastic cap whenever I dont have time or dont feel like sitting under the dryer and get the same effect. The body heat does the same thing, heat is heat.
 
I've never done this before I don't think. But you gave me an idea:brainy: .

When the time comes when I do decide to get my lazy butt to the gym to start working out, I think that will be the ideal time to let my MN penetrate the follicles a few days a month. thanks for the tip!!!
 
When my lazy, triflin' self does get up and walk, I put conditioner in for about 30-45 minutes and yes, it is very invigorating and my hair absolutely loves it!
 
I haven't tried this yet, but I definitely plan to! I usually wash my hair on Saturday mornings, after I work out anyway. Maybe I can prepoo while I'm doing my kickboxing video or something. Great idea!
 
Wow! i thought it was just me.

I definitely apply leave in conditioner and then go run a few miles. I feel like it provides the "heat" conditioning without sitting under the dryer.

This especially works if you're doing a scalp treatment.
