Egg yolk treatment...

I can't remember whether I am supposed to use the egg yolk before or after I shampoo. Does it work better if u shampoo ur hair first, add the yolk, and rinse or if u wet hair, add egg yolk, then shampoo?

Hi Lovely,
I sometimes mix eggs and olive oil with my Cholesteral as a pre-poo. NO HEAT, though....or you will have cooked egg in your hair!
