Ebay BKT--Problems? Also what is the correct percentage?

I was thinking of purchasing the BKT off of ebay but I was wondering did anyone do this (buy BKT off of ebay) and get like a bad batch or something that didn't work or was expired or something? I am very scared of getting something defective. Also did anyone else notice the messed up percentages that are being referred to when considering the amount of formaldehyde present in the BKT. People are using 2% and .2% as interchangeble when they do not mean the same thing. Actually 2% is equal to .02% and .2% is 20%. Is anyone concerned about this discrepancy or was this error made when people began posting about the BKT?

Hey GirlyPrincess! I bought my 2% Global Keratin Chocolate from Global Keratin, directly. I purchased the 16 oz and the clarifying shampoo. I'm not sure what is floating around on ebay but the concentrations, at least where Global is concerned, are 4% (strongest) 2% (mid) and formaldehyde free which contains a mixture of 0.2% formaldehyde and some percentage of ether.
