Do your families do the whole confetti Easter egg thing? If so, how do you feel about the kids or the adults breaking it on your head?
My family didn't ever do this. But the s.o.'s family does. Every previous Easter my hair was relaxed or flat ironed straight once I started transitioning. It was always a little annoying, but I just sucked it up & shook it out my hair. But now I wear my hair curly & this was the first Easter I wore it curly. I wore it in an updo & really forgot all about this until someone mentioned it. So I made sure to mention how hard it would be to get it out of my hair. But sure enough my s.o's brother comes and smashes at least 4 in my hair. We tried picking out the egg shells & the confetti, but the more we picked the frizzier it got. I just gave up. Once I got home I took it down and shook out what I could, but I realized I'd have to wash it again. I forgot to mention I just washed the day before. Would you be irritated?
