do u detangle when wet? then when dry its should already be detangled. try using oils to keep it moist and prevent tangling. tried coconut oil? you can heat and apply it and gently detangle with ur fingers.
I would say start at the beginning. shampoo two times - once with a calrifying and next with a mositurizing shampoo. next use porosity control for a few minutes and then rinse well. after that, apply your deep conditioner, bag your head, and sit under the dryer for at least 15 minutes. Rinse again. Make sure you get out all of the tangles during the rinsing.
Apply creamy leave in, a little bit of oil to seal, and then bun to air dry or roller set. After all of this is over, you should see and feel lovely hair.
Here are things that I have tried that helped me with tangles and dryness
Pre poo with oil and conditioner and then shampoo and follow up with conditioner but leave some in
detangle first and shampoo in sections
cowash and rinse in the shower

Here are the conditioners that helped white rain coconut, the body shop honey conditioner, mane and tail conditioner, and aussie moist conditioner
The tools I use are a travel container to apply oil, and a denman brush
Hi ... you probably have a porosity problem. Try to clarify with ACV...Porosity Control is certainly a good idea, but honestly I have never used it. You can also try oil rinsing between your shampoo and your DC. Sometimes I use wheat germ oil and melted shea butter to give you an idea. And like I told you earlier I use the Rusk smoother leave-in directly on my hair in the shower and comb with a shower comb...Out of the shower I put it in a spray bottle mixed with water and a bit of Lacio Lacio and that really helps. Take care .
