A Dominican Blowout is basically a wash and set done at a Dominican Salon. It's fast and cheap. They wash, condition, and roller set....Put u under the dryer. THen blow u out, concentrating on roots. U end up with a straight style, with a lot of body, and a nice flip/curl to ur hair. U can also ask them to wrap it....
