any experience with these vitamins? I just purchased them but did not start taking them yet, I still have some of the ultranourish to finish before I start taking this vitamin.

Are you talking about those Hair Skin and Nails vitamins or just vitamins in general?

I just bought some DG Women's Multiple Vitamins (multivitamins) the other day!
I decided to give them a try, because I bought some Centrum multivitamins a few weeks ago and they KILLED my stomach every time I took them!---and that's with food as suggested. :perplexed So I decided to try the DG vitamins. They don't irritate my tummy---so far, so good!

I also use the DG Flaxseed oil capsules. I'ved use the DG HairSkin and Nails in the past--however I didnt track my progress or lack of in any area.
I've tried the GNC UltraNourish also---I didn't track my progress with those either.
All are okay, I guess......

I use them and I noticed that my hair grew faster, but it didn't thicken up that much. I use them. Matter of fact, I need to go and get me some more this weekend. Thanks for the reminder.

They are about $5.00 for a bottle. I don't remember how many come in a bottle. I think you take either two or three a day. Unfortunately, I am not as consistent as I should be with taking them, but I did notice some growth.

^^I've used these in the past w/good results, actually. I was geeked about my $5 find. my nails were almost instantly stronger. I can't say about my hair for sure though cuz well, I'm a PJ so I don't know what I can attribute growth to sometimes :lachen:I was just thinking about repurchasing this week.

Thanks! These look pretty good for $5! Good amount of Biotin and even MSM and horsetail.

Wait, how big are the pills? Are they huge like GNC Ultranourish?

Yes, it is much easier to swallow. That is what stopped my from taking the GNC pills. I just couldn't handle that coating. YUCK!

They aren't as large as that, but they are a good size.

nop much smaller and only two times a day, on the bottle it also says compare to GNC hair skin and nails.

on the bottle it says that it is coated with micro-thin for easy swalllowing.

I'm def going to get some of these. I hate the way the GNC ones smell too...:nono: I would gag everytime I tried to take them and I usually can take pills with no problem!

They're even cheaper than my beloved Solaray Hair Nutrients. I'm sold. :yep:

see....that's I'm saying.
I use so many different products, I don't know WHAT contributes to my growth or health of my hair sometimes! LOL!!

But OP, I'll buy more DG HairSkinNails vitamins and give them a try this month--and try to be more consistent by tracking my progress this time around!

Ladies guess what the bottle is expired as of 06/08 and I just bought them today, I will have to bring them back to the store tomorrow for a refund so ladies please check the expiration date before buying them.

Yes I'm serious it is expired and I was about to swallow my first pill I wanted to give it a try but it's good that I looked at the exp. date befoe hand I did not think they would sell them expired 6 months ago and this bottle was the last one there so I will have to go back there tomorrow. You see when you buy vitamins from small stores like that I think u should check the expiration date before buying. Ridicolous!

I've taken them before. I can honestly say that I noticed a difference with my nails, but not so much with my hair. My hair grows pretty fast already, but my nails used to be shot.
At this time I'm only taking a One-A-Day Multi.

I amy have to look into these. ANy one else had good results with the DG brand. I plan on picking up some garlic supplements this weekend; while I'm out I want to find a good hair vitamin. Any suggestions.

I took them for a few months and didn't notice a difference, so I moved on to something else
