DOES SURGE WORK THIS FAST??

I was feeling through my hair and noticed that the roots feel all wavy/curly or whatever, while the rest of my hair is straight. Well, it only gets like that if it is growing. now, am I just noticing something that has always been there, OR is this Surge stuff actually starting to work??? I think I may be noticing something that has always been there cuz I just find it hard to believe that my hair would start growing after only 3 days of usage (2x/day). I did put some WGO on it all three days...so maybe that just made my roots get curly or something??

I started using Surge about a week after my last relaxer and a week and a half later I noticed a considerable amount of new growth. I measured it and if it's true my hair growth is doubling. It's been two weeks and I have resisted the urge to post anything or even utter a word of it 'til now. I'm trying to wait until my next touch-up to measure my hair growth to see 'cuz I feel like I'm losing it or something.

So I don't know. I guess I'll find out in three or four more weeks.

Funny how I was just playing with my hair in the car and I thought that this surge and WGO must really be working b/c after 2 wks I have about a half an inch of new growth that's a lot softer and less kinky than it usually is. I don't think reversing a relaxer is possible. If you measure your hair or go for your next re-touch you'll notice that your hair is growing.

I notice new growth in a couple of weeks after consistently
using Surge.

I meant the pre-exisiting new growth may be reverting. I also don't believe that hair that is already relaxed can revert. Also, if your hair is not relaxed bone straight, the water may cause your relaxed hair to curl up some. This is not to say that this is not new new growth.

I think keeping the new growth moist almost to the point of it being wet is what grows the hair. After wearing braids for a little over 3 months and S-curling the new growth nightly I got 3 inches of hair when I relaxed last week. That's a lot for me. Now that I am relaxed I'll be Surging and sealing with S-curl nightly.

Yeah, it's new growth. Mine comes up the next day. I only use it on wash days, b/c I can't deal w/the reversion and disturbing my braid-out waves. But I can tell it's a different sort of new growth. I feel a hard wave just above the silker feeling new growth, it's like a 16th of an inch. Before, when just using vitamins the new growth had a softer wavy feel w/o that hard deep wave.
