DOES PERMANENT HAIR DYE ALTER TEXTURE FOR 100% NATURALS?

I already answered on one but I will chime in and say I will try to find before and after pics of my hair. I had one dye job to an dark brown color that resulted in no change. I had a double process that involved lifting, depositing color and that did in the lighter areas. If pics will help, I will did them up. Just let me know.

The change wasn't a bad thing though.

Yes the pics will be great! so maybe when going darker, it wont change the texture, but making it lighter will?

The lighter the hair color (blond) the more you will get texture change.

That's what I think. It's almost as if those color lifters, bleach or whatever you call them just cooks your hair. I watched someone's texture change in a stylist chair as she was going from black to bold blonde.

really? wow! when u think about it, it actually sounds quite logical, that that the lighter u go the more damage will be done.

That lighter hair color really strips the hair. At least that's what happened to me some years ago. I high-lighted my hair with honey-bronze high-lights and those pieces of my hair were completely straight and damaged. Never again. Mind you I did do them myself. I don't know if you could prevent this by going to a professional.
